Founder and Chief Executive Officer

“Every human deserves access to the best available treatments, and it’s time to build the network that delivers it.”
Background
Jennifer Jones brings a lifetime of experience supporting large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing to her role as Chief Executive Officer at Skellig Manufacturing. Her career has been defined by a single conviction: that the power of connection and community can solve complex problems with solutions that are best for all parties concerned.
Jennifer built her career from the ground up in pharmaceutical manufacturing, starting at the front desk and working through engineering departments at major sites. This journey gave her an intimate understanding of how the industry actually functions—from the plant floor reality to the strategic decisions that shape what gets made and who gets access to it.
Professional Experience
Jennifer got the opportunity to build Skellig Automation, connecting the right talent to the right client to integrate automation solutions that enabled scale, innovation, and compliance. Through this work, she developed expertise in building networks that solve real manufacturing challenges.
After spending the last decade with a vantage point to see how the pharmaceutical industry as a whole functions, Jennifer identified opportunities to connect the ecosystem even further. She has lived the realities she seeks to solve; rural healthcare, inadequate healthcare, and the plant floor challenges that determine whether medicines reach patients.
Vision for Skellig
At Skellig, Jennifer leads the company’s mission to build the network the healthcare system deserves. She is deeply passionate about how deserving every human is of access to the best available treatments.
Her vision is clear: we are at a pivotal point where we know the technology can exist to ease the burden of cost, availability, and access, yet it does not exist. Jennifer believes it’s time to use the skills and experiences gained from a career spent understanding every level of pharmaceutical manufacturing to influence the shape of what comes next.
